Beltline has extensive experience in both electrical and mechanical contracting on many energy conservation projects. These projects include scopes of work from lighting, electrical modifications, HVAC upgrades, and energy management systems.
Our team has worked on projects at Ft. Campbell and Redstone Arsenal to help them achieve substantial energy savings which have, in some cases, led to awards for outstanding energy savings by the US Government. Our team has also worked on many commercial/industrial ESCO projects in the past several years where substantial energy savings were achieved.
Our team has over 80 combined years of experience in energy conservation projects and can handle all aspects of the work from start to finish. We can assist from the start with lighting surveys, lighting and electrical budgetary pricing, HVAC budgetary pricing, etc. We can then self-perform almost all aspects of the work including: lighting, electrical modifications and installation, HVAC modification and installation, boiler and chiller installation, EMS wiring and cabling, etc.
From large boiler decentralization projects that require the installation of smaller high efficiency boilers and domestic hot water boilers, to lighting retrofits with new more efficient fixtures and lamps, we can handle all aspects of an energy conservation project. We also offer maintenance contracts for up to 10 years (or longer if needed) on any equipment we install to ensure lasting performance from the new equipment.
Projects our team has worked on in the past few years include the following:
Redstone Arsenal, Meter Group A – Our team was instrumental in the installation of electrical circuitry etc. for a large scale energy conservation project. Members of our team were also involved in the mechanical/HVAC portion of this project which included boiler decentralization, large scale underground gas piping, HVAC equipment installation, EMS wiring and cabling, chiller installation, etc.
Redstone Arsenal, Geothermal Job – Our team provided all electrical services for this project including electrical for HVAC as well as EMS wiring and cabling. Members of our current team were also involved in the installation of the HVAC equipment for this project which included a geothermal bore field, water source heat pumps, loop pumps, etc.
Ft. Campbell Boiler Decentralization Phase I, II, III – Our team provided all electrical services for these projects including all HVAC related electrical work, all EMS wiring and cabling, etc. Members of our current team were also involved in the mechanical/HVAC portion of this project. On Phase III we also provided all mechanical work for the project including HVAC installation, plumbing, and boiler installations.
